E-ZPass Virginia customer representatives are available Monday through Friday, except for state holidays. Help is also available through our automated telephone system. Once you have your account number and PIN (the four-digit number you gave us when you opened your account), you can make a payment, request an application, report your E-ZPass lost or stolen, along with many other account-related activities. If you are using this system for the first time and have not set up your PIN yet, your PIN has been pre-selected as the last four digits of the driver's license number that you registered on your account.
